They are children of the Enemy. I think He hates them too. They are children of the Enemy.
The hard part is that He says do as He does: love your enemy.
He does not hate them, He is disappointed in them, angered by their actions, and saddened that they would willfully choose eternal damnation over His love. It won't stop Him from damning them, but He does not hate as we do.
