People are getting spooked knowing that their money isn't going to be worth much moving forward under Biden and home sales and real estate have sky rocketed since he took office. All these trillions of dollars they are handing out is going to collapse our economy and they will keep doing it. The Democrats and the UniParty have their wealth so why should they care anyway.

There were at least five devastating hurricanes last year, so they are rebuilding entire cities, towns and neighborhoods. My son owns a construction company and he says that lumber and shingles are in very short supply. Supply and demand says that the prices will go up. This isn't a new thing. It happens after every bad hurricane season.
