I suppose this might be a pretext for searching the homes of licensed/serialized firearms owners...to which I'd say "good fucking luck with that". Especially after the new ATF chief was announced, they've pretty much blatantly put their intentions out there for all to see, so it isn't like people don't know what's coming (or can't figure it out).
On top of which the Precedent's own little boy blue, smartest guy he knows, got caught lying on a background check...and got away with it. So don't say they have the force of rule of law to back them up.
