This is not a hard stance against limiting our civil rights...he's basically saying that he only opposes them right now because they're too difficult to manage/enforce. As soon as more people are vaccinated, he will jump on board.

"I think having a conversation about creating a barrier before people have even had an opportunity to be eligible to be vaccinated — let’s focus on getting people vaccinated.."
However, he doesn't seem to keep quiet about Donald Trump "losing" in NH and how he "couldn't believe what Donald Trump was asking in that GA phone call after he listened to the whole thing."
Even though we know listening to the whole thing shows Donald Trump didn't say anything wrong.
So I'm not convinced his intentions are good, especially with his eye on the Senate seat.
Wow, that’s a shocker. That’s one for the freedom loving side.
If I'm reading correctly, his opposition is wishy washy at best. He opposes because not everyone has had the "opportunity" to get the jab.
This counts as a win in MA. Baker's an R governor in an overwhelmingly blue state. If he used conservative rhetoric, he wouldn't hold office long.

Where are the New England states with Republican governors? Not a peep out of them.
Up in NH, I doubt the issue is even being seriously considered.
That's really the state I'd expect to do something, Republican Governor, Senate and House.
The Governor doesn't seem to be moving on the election fraud audit either.
I meant:
There is no need for the NH Governor to speak about a non-issue. Non-action on vaccine passports is the status quo, and it's fine.
Ok, I agree if he doesn't enforce it.

There is no "it" to enforce. He needs only to let it continue not to exist.
