FYI. Evo Morales is not the current President of Bolivia. He hasn't been the President since November 2019.

That pic looks like it says 2019 in the upper right. Basically the election he was accused of rigging to avoid a run off election by getting just over the amount required to avoid a run off. Then he and his vp fled to Mexico. Bolivia is a war between the massive metro area on the mountains vs those on the low lands. The usual city folks vs the rural folk.
