I've wondered about that. A term is four years. If the investigations overturn the 2020 election as a fraud, and President Trump serves another partial term, I would think he should be eligible for another full term. Didn't some Presidents come in mid-term upon the death of a President qualify for a following two full terms ? Wouldn't that twist Democrat tails, as a just "reward" for their treachery !

I did some research. If a President serves less then 2 years it doesn't count as a term. Over two, and it does !

The election being found fraudulent doesn't put Trump in office - it just removes Biden/harris.
