But that's exactly the problem with liberals (and their platforms). They don't want their minds to be changed. They don't want to hear the truth. They prefer to live in a bubble where all they hear is their ideas, their ideals, and their "truths". They often accuse us of being closed-minded, but in reality, they're the ones who's minds are closed.

And to build off that more liberals would be red pilled without conservatives on twitter. When left to their own echo chamber they will turn on each other. There is always a new group in the oppression olympics and the woke crowd will turn on anyone that isn't completely in line with them. This will cause the more normal liberals to get attacked by their own side and seek out the other platforms for more civil discourse.

The time for red pilling and civil discourse has passed. They decided we are the enemy, it's time to leave them to self-destruct. And the survivors can permanently and absolutely fuck off.

maga_mama_757 [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

I agree with that to an extent. There are some whose minds are not open and thus will never be changed.

But then how do we explain the success of the Walk Away movement?

12
tom914 12 points ago +12 / -0

By bankrupting twitter and facebook. Liberals do understand money. They do not understand economics but they do understand money!

4
salvecitizen 4 points ago +4 / -0

You will never, ever achieve that goal. Meanwhile, O'Keefe just keeps on being effective.

7
Ivleeeg 7 points ago +7 / -0

Comparing Twitter today to Twitter two years ago as if they're equal is wrong. That battle has been lost. Now we need to salt their earth while they sleep (aka leave) and keep others from going there by offering better platforms

3
RentedMule 3 points ago +3 / -0

Well, to be fair, not all liberals are closed-minded. I good friend of mind used to be a typical NPR listening liberal. But then she started checking out sources such as Newsman, Prager U and others, and she's now swung over the the conservative side. So, keep dispensing those red pills. You'll eventually find someone they work on.

ChrisTheSoberITGuy 2 points ago +2 / -0

I wish. My IRL friends all cast me out for staying who I was and refusing to conform.

They've all moved so far left while I've stayed the same, and trying to introduce any kind of logic or showing them how to think in cause and effect only triggered them.

Maybe someday they'll wake up. But as of right now most don't want kids because global warming will end the world or any other excuse. The one that did have a kid castrated himself so they couldn't have more.

People on the right are not the #WalkAway movement. People on the right did not start it. Brandon Straka, who was democrat at the time, started it. People like Brandon Straka carry that torch. People on the right are not part of that conversation. That is necessarily between leftists and reformed leftists who walk away.

There are no teetotalers in Alcoholics Anonymous. It wouldn't work if there were.

The fact is, conservatives (who are heavily censored and shadowbanned on those platforms) are not changing anybody's mind anymore. Everyone's minds are made up at this point. The 2016 Meme War was five years ago. Since then all sides have been chosen by all people who are interested in choosing sides.

But since you mention #WalkAway, don't you think maybe it's actually time to walk the fuck away? These people who have embraced woke communism cannot be reasoned with. Engaging them only agitates them. Their rhetoric and actions are increasingly violent. We must leave them behind and leat them eat eachother.

That is what WALKING AWAY is.

They have absolute control of the platform and do not act in good faith. We stand no chance to win the argument under such circumstances.

Staying on just cements their power. If all conservatives left it would eventually become less credible to the general public.

After they silenced me for a time, I'll never download that devil app again. Anyone who censors me over bullshit is done and no amount of encouragement will change my mind.

If we wish to be left alone then we don't need any of those apps taking our info so people can open phone plans in our names and never pay the bill. Happened to me earlier this year. Had a $6k debt collections charge from someone with my name in North Carolina. I have never even been to NC let alone lived there. Luckily the charges were removed as they were able to verify that it was fraudulent. But this is exactly the kinds of things they do. ......And as a Patriot with great credit, this was very frustrating for me.

Don't give these people any of your info! Twitter and Facebook are destroyers of our Country and election integrity so screw them. We should be supporting Patriots so we don't have to watch commie propaganda every damn day. We need wholesome, family inspired companies in this Country, not Chinese commie shit.

This take is missing soooo many important details.

Twatter censors the right, so the right will have zero opportunity to change hearts and minds unless twatter allows it.

Enriching and empowering your enemy NEVER wins .. NEVER. How do conservatives not understand this?

Get the fuck off twatter, Fuckbook, instagram, and all other enemy platforms! You are trying to fight your enemy on their battlefield .. that they completely control, and that you fortify by enriching and empowering that enemy.

E-dantes 9 points ago +11 / -2

Dear james. Wake up. You cannot change the mind of the dead.

7
V2021 7 points ago +7 / -0

Nope. O'Keefe is running a business. He gets his traffic from Twitter. He's afraid with people leaving Twitter his traffic will dry up.

Fuck Twitter and FB.

7
Bozhi 7 points ago +7 / -0

When these other platforms get going, I will just use Twitter as a place to advertise these new platforms. I will be inviting people over to the new platforms to hear unfiltered news and speech.

What use is twitter if there is no free speech?

6
Return_Of_The_LAMFF 6 points ago +6 / -0

Conservative users can only take the arbitrary censorship and double standards for so long before they get fed up and leave to fairer pastures.

4
GBA4ever 4 points ago +4 / -0

Stop giving these leftist propaganda machines and companies our money.

1
Return_Of_The_LAMFF 1 point ago +1 / -0

Agreed. Although I have always thought that Twiiter was funded by the CIA or another government black budget. Just from the way it was so rapidly proliferated through the MSM as the only legitimate source for information. Also the way it is used to deplatform people or get them fired from their jobs.

While I support Veritas with donations, James is still under the misguided impression that things can change if we just talk about it.

I get where he's coming from. But there isn't a debate anymore. They aren't interested and have brought violence to the political stage as a primary motivator.

I'm with James O'Keefe on this one... Patriots.win is my resbit echo chamber.. Outside of this place, I prefer terrorizing lefists on Twitter and Wapo forums daily. Hone your arguments, sharpen your tongue, and take ALL comers.

MAGA

4
Ivleeeg 4 points ago +4 / -0

Nope, gotta leave twitter/Facebook. Taking your place as the Washington generals on their platform isn't an idea that makes any sense. Anything that would change hearts and minds will be removed from those platforms.

3
TheRougarou 3 points ago +3 / -0

As far as I am concerned, the time for discussion is over.

3
mytummyhurts 3 points ago +3 / -0

I say let the leftists scream at each other in their echo chamber. Defund and delegitimize by leaving for other platforms.

3
GBA4ever 3 points ago +3 / -0

They do turn on each other and start eating their own.

3

I got burned out of the cycle of posting/getting banned/shadowbanned/creating alts/changing IPs/using VPN/etc

It's just tiring.

On a place like twitter or reddit, you aren't even arguing with real humans acting in good faith 99% of the time. They are paid posters, sometimes literal bots, foreigners, or just so badly delusional that they will never budge.

2
Observe95 2 points ago +2 / -0

But leaving Twitter does have benefits. If all conservatives left, it would eventually affect them. The shareholders will not stand for it.

Nothing wrong with speaking with those who agree on everything. It lets people know they are not alone in their way of thinking and instead of focusing on changing the minds of people whose minds can not be changed, it might get conservatives to become more active. Stop focusing on the left and focus on strengthening your causes.

2
Jamesdaah 2 points ago +2 / -0

Uhh. Dude. We tried. And the keyboard warriors write us off as conspiricy theorist nazis. Doesn't help with the fact checking on everything we say and that we can't force feed people the truth through a screen. So ya. Were gone. Fuck twitter. Only 20% of it's users are from america or something around that number. So fuck it

2
Kaarous 2 points ago +2 / -0

This assumes good faith on the part of liberals, which is just foolish. Lots of love to Project Veritas, but he's wrong on this one.

The more dependent you become on the edifices of the left, the more vulnerable you are to them manipulating you and silencing you. Finding genuine support on a smaller platform is better than trying to be popular on a platform controlled by Marxists.

2
TG_Sundown 2 points ago +2 / -0

What is wrong with Gab, people?

2
antimatter 2 points ago +2 / -0

How about i would simply like to post a few things knce in a while without being banned constantly. Or people who tie their business in with these platforms dont want the constant uncertanty of their revenue stream being cuttoff just because a new word was deemed racists.

Seriously you are smarter than that okeef. What a fucking retarded thing to say.

2
jackneefus 2 points ago +2 / -0

I agree. I feel compelled to leave a political comment on Reddit occasionally just to keep the bubble from getting too small.

2
Crlsniper 2 points ago +2 / -0

I’d have said he was right a year ago, but now what can we do there but be censored left and right, Twitter will just put you in Twitter jail for wrong think on any topic of importance, Reddit will delete your groups and send their mobs to downvoted and delete you. What James, someone who’s somewhat still protected by popularity on the site, doesn’t understand is we aren’t going to our own echo chambers we’re just trying to get away from theirs.

1
ProsecuteTreason 1 point ago +1 / -0

The hearts and minds of the near left may be up for grabs. The minds and hearts of the far left "progressives", let's just call them what they are Marxists, are long since poisoned. They have no interest in listening to reason, facts, logic or anything else. It's time to move against them with their own tactics (at least those that we can stomach within our own morality). It is nonsense to say leaving their platforms (Twitter, FaceBook, etc) won't hurt them. Eventually it will impact advertising dollars, particularly if we are also boycotting all the top paying ad buyers (Major league sports, MSM, movie studios, etc.).

1
Redditcanblowme 1 point ago +1 / -0

The atmosphere on Reddit has become so left, so hyper-toxic it is finally beginning to feed on itself. The recent pedo admin shakeup is the shape of things to come for them.

Reddit is learning the problem with purity tests is they eventually take out those who began the test.

Twitter needs to face this fate as well. With all due respect to James O'Keefe a few of these platforms need to self-immolate before anything will improve.

1
RentedMule 1 point ago +1 / -0

"Reddit is learning the problem with purity tests is they eventually take out those who began the test"

And that's the problem with censorship in general. It generally becomes more and more restrictive. If you're cool with censorship, just because it's not your voice, ideas or activities that are blocked or banned, sooner or later the range of what's allowed will become so tight and restrictive that they WILL get to you. Despite the left's constant calls for inclusiveness, their love of hive-minded thought eventually leads to the rejection of anything that differs from them in the slightest.

I mean, if I could stay and battle without allowing these companies to data mine & make money off me, sure, I’d say stay, but I’m not going to contribute to their pocketbook or their relevancy.

1
ChrisTheSoberITGuy 1 point ago +1 / -0

Because you CAN'T change their minds on twitter. It's a shithole. It's time to cut ties.

Also, Gab is best. Fracturing our community between office45 and Lindell's platform is not a good move.

1
isitoveryet 1 point ago +1 / -0

On twitter? No. You arent changing any minds there dude.

It is important to not give any of these venues power over us by acknoledging them!

1
derpenstein 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'd say it does more for regular people to get off the platform. Fighters legends, and emissaries, like James, staying behind to flip people makes complete sense to me. There aren't enough of them to matter to twitter's bottom line, but if all us regular non-celebrity people leave, then Twitter won't get the same amount of money selling ads (and data).

1
RedPillosopher1776 1 point ago +1 / -0

You cant change anything when you arent allowed to speak.
