If 38 states pass the exact same law word for word, then a new amendment can be added to the constitution. This was how the states forced Congress to repeal prohibition. Congress waited until the week that last state was voting on it.
"Article V
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, "
You have already got one. 38 states should abolish the 16th amendment. That would go a long way to solving a lot of our problems.
16th and 17th at least, and add another one that forbids coercing anyone into accepting a medical procedure, vaccine, or related, and by coercion, I mean threatening to fire the person, deny them the right to participate in society, school etc.
nah don't make it too complicated. The removing of the 16th would go a long way to curing our sick republic.
16th and 17th are tied. The 17th amendment allowed the feds to bypass states when it came to taxation and spending by allowing direct election of senators. Reps were supposed to rep people, senators states. Now, both chambers rep the mob, so its in their interest to stuff the budgets with as much crap as possible because the states have no way of stopping it.
agreed, I was wrong.
