So according to Democrats, it is unconstitutional and racist to require a person to obtain a photo ID to vote, even if they have 2-4 years to complete this menial task.

But requiring background checks, tax stamps for arbitrary features, and indefinite waiting times to purchase a firearm, which is protected by an amendment that reads "shall not be infringed", is totally fine.
