I don't think the majority of media folks are ill-intended like this suggests. I think they are very partisan liberals who have a slanted world view that affects their work. But mostly the media today is profit-driven. Clicks, likes, viral, all happens due to higher shock content, controversial headlines, hit pieces and opinions.
