Give it some time, it will fester ( loud music, cars parked everywhere, parties, drugs, gunfire, cops) and if not gotten rid of ( kicked out/stopped) it will spread and erode the community from the inside out, people will move, property values fall, moves more terrorists in etc..... rinse and repeat
