Not the same. As underwhelming as Trump's scotus picks have been they have tended to rule about 50/50 in favor of MAGA issues. Trump got some small wins in scotus on things like wall construction even though his picks sold us all out on the 2020 election and have refused to take up gun cases. Don't get me wrong. Kavanaugh, ACB and Gorsuch are conservative in name only. But where they will sometimes rule in favor of freedom, Biden will surely pick judges that never do. The so called conservative court has been a small procedural speed bump to the erosion of our constitutional freedoms. Biden's packed leftist court will be a motor speedway for running left-wing crap and destroying any remaining semblance of a constitution.
