Of course I am speaking of nation wide. Folks the worst case scenario isn't going to happen. We will defeat these assholes in court long before it goes kinetic.

battle strength and armed people are two different things, if 8m patriots are armed only 1-3% of that 8 mil will actually fight back, the rest will cower

Incorrect. The 8million in reference are those CURRENTLY willing to fight. The number of militia is above 20,000,000
