The courts are supposed to be the weakest. If congress and the president are against the court it must lose the day to be the weakest branch. Problem is we have shit for politicians and a system that has been changed to much to “get stuff done” instead of be a place for assholes to fight each other for petty powers.
The constitution is a contract between the people and the state. Biden is officially not your president because he's in breach of contract. This means that none of his authority is real.
