That's not even an exaggeration. The founding fathers understood that our nation would only work if there were checks and balances between the three branches of government. But there's no checks or balances when what the Joey sniffass regime wants to happen happens regardless with no pushback. You can replace justices that resign or pass away, but obviously the founders never intended for a president to be able to put 27 more justices in the court so they could get the rulings they want. Not to mention the childsniffer didn't win the presidency to be able to appoint anyone anyway but yeah....
