A half dozen people with pickup trucks and tow chains, at night, could make short work of that bullshit fencing. Tag team it......have one truck make a show by the driveway, drawing the security guards there, then have the other trucks rip down fencing in other areas of the perimeter. When the security folks leave the driveway area to check out the noise, then rip the fencing down in front, then everyone tactically withdraw.

That fencing is on private property. I'm pretty sure the church won't complain if it gets ripped down and dragged off.
