Correct. I think i read that the police can come into your home if the flag is that way because you are in distress. I took it down.
I live in a good neighborhood, and not once have the cops stopped by my house to ask. I think they get the message already, since they were in the Trump parade back in October. We're a Back the Blue city, and the cops are pretty chill.
Still, if you fly it upside down and the cops come, you might make a friend. Chances are they understand the reason. Others might think that you have dyslexia.
