Oh they absolutely would and do. Parents are selling their kids for a few hundred bucka to be used as tickets to America knowing full well they'll be raped along the way. Add in legitimate money and they won't bat an eye. People need to snap out of the fairy tale that there aren't billions of wicked people willing to do anything for a buck.
