How you can watch that video and come to any other conclusion than murder takes more mental gymnastics than I'm capable of. People on the "Right" need to stop talking about damn drug overdose or their just being delusional.
You should study the evidence and testimony presented at trial. Events are usually a lot more nuanced than they first appear. To conclude murder requires all of the elements are proved beyond a reasonable doubt. Do you know what they are for the various crimes that are in play in the trial?
