Yup I am thinking this commission is not about packing the courts. You gotta think bigger. Dems know it could blow back. Nope just look at what their commissions have done lately.
This "commission" is going to find that the court is RAYCIST and built on RAYCISM. They will also say its not diverse enough and doesn't have enough BIPOC/AAAI/LGTBQXYZLMNOP on it.
The commission will then make a bunch of suggestions to make the court more inclusive and diverse and to protect it from misinformation. They will then set up specific criteria for judges, and use those to remove the "conservative" judges on the court.
So in the end Bai-Den won't pack the courts, he will just sign an EO saying that the courts need to be 99% BIPOC/LGTBQXYZ!#%^$/AAAI. That anyone who is a devout Christian or believes in America first can't serve on the court either. Any future appointees must meet some sort of diversity criteria.
Trust me that is whats going to happen. The commissions job will be to point out how the court is Jim Eagle and that anyone who isn't a card carrying Democrat and POC can't serve on the court because they are terrorist who represent a danger to democracy.
Does it matter? Bai-Den shoots out any EO he wants. You think he cares.
If not EO then congress will ram it through and then declare the fillabuster RAYCIST and Jim Eagle.
My personal opinion but thats how I see it shaking out. They won't pack the court, they will just change the rules and demand that Trumps judges be removed because they are white. And of course DIVERSITY and Inclusion.
Just go look at every other instituion and what is being done. Military, Bidens cabinet, heck even pilots. The same will happen with the court. Its how leftist roll they take over or destroy.
An EO like that not immediately challenged and affirmed as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court with support from Congress will require military intervention. If the military doesn't act then they have clearly forfeited their duty and obligation in the protection of the constitution of the united states. Just my thoughts...(2cents)
