Leaders provide purpose, motivation, and direction. He needs to soon hold a televised, serious rally in which he goes through in detail how we beat communism in America. Even if he only lays out the details of the first and second step, he needs to do it yesterday.

Disagree. Laying out a plan allows the Left to have it's allies in the media prepare a defense. It happened during the election, it happened with Hoaxvid-19, and it will happen again.
