I have a new way of telling, look at the size of their eyes compared to the size of their head. The woman in the original post has much bigger eyes compared to this guy. It's kinda funny how tiny men's eyes seem to be.

note the position of the feet. men tend to stand with toes facing out, women tend to have feet parallel to each other.
