So if the Senate dictates and controls the number of justices on the Supreme Court, why is the Executive branch doing the study? Weird.
It's not weird, it's a calculated move to undermine how our institutions work, because they know that as long as there's no pushback they will get away with it regardless of whether or not they're legally allowed to do it.

It's astounding that even when there's is virtually no SCOTUS opposition to their unconstitutional communist agenda, they still need more corruption.
Scotus cares more about their institutional power then actually repping the constitution. Its a political court pretending not to be. Now Biden wants the court to kneel to the executive. Congress will support it because it means they don't have to do their job. And political parties want it because if they get their guy in the White House they have more power.
Maybe it was Trump's plan all along. Install Biden to get 5 more judges. Take back control in 2024. Install 5 more judges. Have infinite Republican rule over the country, sponsored by Democrat policies which they can't blame republicans on.
