I don't understand? I buy on amazon and I buy on the company, and then I tell the company it's more expensive than amazon?

I think what they meant was to search on Amazon to find what you want based on reviews, then go to that product’s company website and purchase from them. The company doesn’t have to pay commission, so should be cheaper but if not, let them know.
