Save yourself some time in Oregon: Take a photo (doesn't have to be x-ray) of your broken arm and then self-address 100 envelopes with a bill for $1200 in each of them (for said photo). Mail the letters out 1-by-1 for 100 days and tear up each envelope as they arrive back at your residence. I promise, you'll receive the exact same treatment as if you'd gone to a St Charles facility.
