I've always advocated for repealing every piece of legislation dated AFTER 23:59hrs Dec 31, 1899. If it didn't exist at that date, it is no longer valid.

I'm ok with the 22nd (term limits) and the 24th (poll tax), but like your general idea enough that I'd sacrifice them if it meant we could undo a century + of Progressive BS.
