Yup that's for sure. But as I like to point out SCOTUS is to blame even more. What he could have done was controversial and would have at best bought us 2 weeks of state legislatures doing nothing. Has the AZ audit even started yet?
The SCOTUS had every right and responsibility to fix this in a single court case.
He's a lapdog. Just look at him and his demeanour. Also he is highly reserved. He retracts all the time, coils up. Keeping to himself. Until he lashes out. He clearly tries to avoid fights and measures up who is winning. He's a deserter that has risen to the top using that unique skill few others have.
