Commission finds that Supreme Court was built from slavery and White Supreme, and that the court needs to be diverse and inclusive. It recommends anyone who is white and not a Democrat be removed and replaced by diverse and inclusive judges that are BIPOCLGTBQXYZAAPI card carrying democrats. Commission also finds that any case brought forward by non Democrats is moot/laches due to it advancing White Supreme.
Commission recommends that Bai-Den pass an EO putting these new rules in place and after the new justices are seated they can decide if its constitutional or not.
