The oldest person in Gen Z is 23 and the youngest is 18 according to the chart. A Millennial relative of mine thought they were bi in the same age range (Spoiler: They're straight.) There is no doubt it's hip to be gay on the internet, but a good portion of that is just "experimenting" or lying for internet clout.
I also think much of the conservative Gen Z are not counted on this poll as they are younger than 18 too. Note that Gen X and Millennials are an age group spanning 15 years and Baby Boomers 18 years.
It could also be that the LGB group (that excludes the rest) are also being counted in the poll as LGBTQ+++
