Why get the jab at all, then? I swear, the people devising these plans aren't actually this dull. They're doing this especially to annoy us logical folks to the point where we make a big scene, which gives them an excuse to completely do away with us. Maybe I'm looking too hard through my lens of logic at this, but I can't see why else they'd possibly put these guidelines out there.
