I'm starting to notice more and more Hispanics in the stores I go to (H.E.B) and over half of them have grungy clothes on as if they just got here. I hope I'm wrong but is this racist to say? I don't wanna sound racist cus im not but I can't help but notice this more and more in Houston

Considering the racism drum has been pounded so hard and for so long. I don't even hear the noise anymore. And I could give a fuck what definition they choose to employ for "facts". Facts are not racist.
