The body count from this kill shot (it's not a vaccine) is going to be at least 1000x as many as the less than 300 killed by rifles a year in the US. The damage will begin to show up months/years down the road. It will be blamed on a "new mysterious strain" so they can try to convince those that refused to take the kill shot the first time to take it then.
