I hate this non vaccine but the needle in question looks like one of these:

The syringe and needle are designed to be one use items with sanitation in mind.

They seem to be somewhat new so not many people realize whats going on here

That needle used in the first video was HUGE! The second needle might have been a retractable safety one, but it didn't seem to indent her flesh before piercing.
