Between .win, gab, duckduckgo (ugh, for now anyway ...) and odyssey I have everything replaced.
Going back to youtube, I literally taste the political bias of the ai. Do this experiment: see if you can use Odyssey for a while, collect some crypto on it and find a bunch of things you like to watch. You do have to re-calibrate your self to freedom, it does take a bit. Once you have found most of your fav creators on there, just try to go back to youtube. Just try. You will feel this sickening sticky feeling of a dead pair of eyes staring back at you through youtube trying to manipulate your behaviour to watch what it wants you to watch, not what you want to watch.
Then you go back to Odyssey and there is this crystal clean feeling of a light breeze where you can find all kinds of crazy uncurated things like it used to be 12+ years ago.
I just finished replacing google analytics with my own install of matomo analytics. It was SUCH A PLEASURE to send all of my analytics properties to the trash bin.
