Biden’s newest threat to stack the SCOTUS is all smoke-and-mirrors. He is going to push this agenda and the RINOs will put up a feigned opposition, and then Biden will back down. This will be spun by the MSM as a Republican victory to assuage right-wing/ conservative types and try to make them think they won a political victory.
Don’t be fooled. Biden has absolutely no reason to stack SCOTUS; we’ve already seen the newest appointments show their true colors and vote with the elite establishment. The current SCOTUS will vote however the Biden administration wants. Biden Quid pro Quod the SCOTUS with them not to take any Trump cases, so he won't stack the court.
He will basically call it racist and demand equity, inclusion and diversity. He will rig the courts to operate in the parties favor without having to pack it. Its just another leftist attack on instituions of government till getting to the final prize the constitution.
