Breath through your nose, even during exercise unless you need to breath hard (cardiovascular weakness)

Do not breath with your shoulders or neck. Expand your body and diaphragm instead.

Keep your head still.

These tips will increase your endurance and remove a lot of anxiety/stress in day to day life.

Also breathing through your nose corrects your face over time, actually making it more attractive. Mouthbreathers tend to have that slackjawed kind of look to them, you know the type, with the lower jaw pushed back a bit.
