If I remember correctly, Tuvok somehow had a guest appearance in the background of an episode of DS9, in the Alternate Universe, wherein he was a member of the Terran resistance against... whatever shitty government made of the Klingons, Cardassians, and Bajorans ruled all of space.
Neelix played two different Ferengi, on TNG and Enterprise. He also was in one of the movies as a hologram, but it was just a cameo. Kurn, Worf's brother, was a Hirogen on Voyager as well as Sisko's dad.
Sci fi acting used to be a small world: no accolades and little money. Just a bunch of nerds who would often become friends. It's why you often see the same faces again and again in the genre prior to it being really mainstreamed and monetized around 2000.

He was also in "Starship Mine", TNG, season 5 or 6 but dont remember the specific episode number. He was also in star trek generations.
He wasn't a Vulcan in Generations, but they retconned him as one in Voyager, and I'm okay with that.
