The article is referencing having second vax. Didn’t think you had a choice on receiving one or not. If I was still in, I’d just deliberately fail the APFT or whatever the latest name is and claim my in-ability to properly prepare.
They do. Soldiers across Bragg are refusing them until they meet full and not just emergency FDA approval. So many refused that for the past two months anyone with a CAC card can show up without notice and get the Vax on post.

Man, times have really changed. Back when I was in it would have been Article 15/Captain’s Mast for refusal (dual branched).
So far as I understand, they weren't ordered, they were offered.
