I need to see the source of your exact graphic. I see no mentions that this is even part of a hand recount "update".
The lawsuit seems to be about demanding hand counts in an upcoming election in May 2021 due to the fraud the electronic machines exhibited on Nov 3. One of the exhibits is the major counting machine fraud/issue that we all know about already.
So judging by your source link, this is sadly not a big development in the Trump case. It is old Nov 5 news reported again today.
