We need more death penalty and more executions. These human waste products live off tax payer money in prison.
That being said if there are any gray areas or doubt of someone's guilt then yes, we need to wait and not execute an innocent person. But there are so many cases that are very open and shut, where there is no doubt who is guilty. And yet they languish around for years in the prison system.
