To a certain extent, they probably don't have imprimatur here. For example: Take Pennsylvania and the flagrantly unconstitutional election changes not enacted by the legislature. The Pennsylvania legislature has imprimatur, and should have asserted it. They should have told the SOS and Governor that if they were going to pull this shit, they would invalidate the results and select their own electors. It would be within their power to do so. And it would solve the controversy.
When a controversy has a resolution that does not involve the courts, then courts typically decline to hear the controversy. Or if the controversy has a procedure that must be followed prior to going to court, they will decline. For example: if you have an administrative issue with a state government, you typically have to go through the grievance process enumerated by code and reach a final adjudication prior to any judicial action. Failure to do so will foreclose any relief from the courts. And these timelines can be very tight. If you don't follow the process you lose any ability to contest the outcome.
SCOTUS could still hear fraud claims now, but the relief they could grant would be very tempered. They could not go back and undo electors, because Congress already certified them. A lawyer filing such a case would have to get extremely creative on the relief requested to avoid "mootness" because courts don't hear cases that are no longer alive. There was nothing unconstitutional about Congress certifying these electors. They would be well within their authority to certify whichever candidate they wanted to, in spite of fraud. The check on this has always been We the People.

There is a thermal printer tape that has SFTP (file transfer) to IP address 10.48.51.1 This isn't a public address and was likely assigned via an encrypted VPN connection via the LTE cell modem. Clearly, these machines were communicating with the outside world.
They may also have been connecting to the VPN so that other command and control software could make changes at will. Every intelligence agencie in the world likely had access.
