If someone can obtain a commodity below market value and resell, of course they are going to. Shit, all I ran into was dealers only selling ammo if you purchase a gun and it was limited to a box or two. I checked ammo seek earlier today to find ammo has come way down from what it was a couple months ago.
No, not really. There are plenty of stores still just allowing free for all first come first serve. Went into tractor supply a few weeks ago and watched a guy clear out all the No. 8 bird shot. Saw another guy at the local bait store a little while back take the five boxes of target loads left.
