Success heirachy is supposed to strictly be based on competence, diversity is a stupid farce that was created by underachievers, if you want to succeed, work at it, if a companies staff are all/mostly white, black, asian, men or women it doesn't matter as long as they were the most competent and qualified, all those people that will blame discrimination in this case, are underachievers that want gimmes
