Heart disease "substantially contributed" to death, but wouldn't have caused it without Police "subdual, restraint, and compression." Specifically, the main arteries in GF's heart had severe restriction, but the manner of death rules out that being the cause.
Defense will not even try to challenge any of this, I think. Might be able to get Chauvin out in 2 years, I'm guessing that's the angle he's going for now. Will be interesting to see what happens in the rest of the trial.
I am relating what key information has been presented in the trial so far. The ONLY thing I've watched is the trial, live. Not your "unedited footage" that edits out God only knows what and leaves you with nothing but quote mining out of context.
