Nobody mentions the fake $20 bills. There were at least 2 of them on the scene. How many were made, total? Have you seen pictures of them? They look pretty good.

Although the young guy who took it at Cup Foods blames himself for the whole ordeal, which is sad. He says he instantly knew it was fake and only took it as a favor, even though he expected it to be taken out of his pay. I think he's deluding himself and subconscious mind tricks are helping him cope. 20 years old? He needs help.
Inkjet printers were capable of making good looking bills more than 20 years ago (though I have no way of knowing this for sure ;) ). Even moreso if you're seeing them on TV. It's getting the feel, watermarks and other security measures right that's the trick.
I wouldn't want to opine either way on what Floyd was dishing out, there's just not enough data though I'd more expect to hear low quality printed ones rather than high quality forged. I wouldn't put money on it though, not even money where the ink was still wet.
