If there's one thing I can say with a fair bit of confidence is that even if Biden restricts the 2A even further, or his fellow cronies try similar garbage in the years to come, it'll never be carried out because confiscating fire arms from Americans in a tactical nightmare.

No military leader, or unit, wants to go marching into suburbia with a list of addresses of registered gun owners and one by one, stopping by each house to confiscate fire arms.

Because holy shit, we're talking scenarios that end poorly on all sides. Say the first two houses comply, give up their guns, your squad moves to the next house, small family of three, parents and young adult child. Dad doesn't comply, what's the ROE? ok arrest the dad? Cuff him in front of his family? Suddenly the nice American uniform and trust of the military goes out the window, next house over sees your boys dragging Mr. Murphy into your troop transport while his wife is screaming.

Great, next house is spooked, dude and his wife, he figures he could hide his guns in a crawl space but suddenly he's realized that's not gonna work, he snaps and loads up while refusing to unlock the door. Then what? Breach and clear? Whole neighborhood is now watching as you kick in a door now. Dude is armed and telling you and your squad to get out, ROE says don't fire unless fired upon, BANG your boy on your left goes down, his vest catches it but you light the home owner up. Wife watches you gank her husband, she's screaming and the dude you shot is bleeding out in his living room. Wife runs out the back door and screams for help "they killed Danny! They killed Danny!" Whole neighborhood is freaking out, doors locking while others walk into the street to see what's going on. You gonna try and get Danny medical attention? Call your medic? You got 20 more houses to clear son, call for back up or maybe evac him. Oops now the neighborhood saw you and your boys carry a bloodied Danny into the nearest vehicle to get him to a hospital. Neighbors don't care, Danny looked fucking dead from their windows.

Suddenly you got shots coming from the house across the street, your boys in the open, a terrified neighbor doesn't see his countrymen out in the street anymore now he sees its the God damned SS coming for his life. One of your guys goes down hard, you return fire back into the house, tons of neighbors running for cover, you don't know who's friendly, whole situation goes FUBAR as you call for back up. Which just escalates the situation further as it now dawns upon you you got 20 houses left. 20 potential aggressors, 20 neighbors who don't wanna die. And 20 people who are ok with shooting at the killer in a uniform before getting killed themselves.

THIS is why they do buy backs, THIS is why they try to stop the future selling of fire arms. THIS is why they only confiscate guns from people who live isolated and on their own. Because THIS is what'll happen if they try mass force.

And THIS is why even the most power hungry uniparty scum will never try any real suppression of the 2A.
