After the Floyd trial, regardless of outcome, riots are ready to go. People are buying lumber and plywood and you can see it flying off the shelves at Home Depot. It is almost like a Hurricane is about to hit the Midwest and people are boarding up and getting guns and ammo ready. This one could be worst than the Summer of Hate riots.

WethedownV --- I think that is the direction this time around because it sounds like that want a reaction, gun reaction, and the cities and downtown areas are just a playground. Break a few windows, loot a little, but basically no resistance. If they bus them into the suburbs and down side streets there will be lead poisoning for sure. If Antifa/BLM are really dedicated to it they will die for the cause but if not they will just burn urban democratic cities. We will see and this could be a turning point, for whom, it is still to be written.
Hence why I moved out of the suburbs in Portland last summer and live in the middle of nowhere now. Better pay off!

This post sounds a little fear monger-y for sure. Just outside of St. Louis Lowes is stocked deep. My uncle just picked up a ton of supplies for his garage build.

More expensive than it was a year ago for sure. Neighbors tree destroyed his old garage, so he's using the insurance money to build a bigger garage doing the labor himself. I'm sure if it was straight out of his own pocket he would have bitched about the price more. He was more concerned with his concrete guy not showing up on time when I last talked to him.

The cops will leave them alone but the goal is to get free stuff and this time around people are going to be armed and prepared. there will be resistance and it will get bloody if they leave the controlled violence in the major democratic cities. Nobody cares if you burn down a downtown area, they just replace the windows and after a few weeks they reopen. No big deal but the streets of homeowners will be different.

It's looking like it since every time the prosecution tries to make a point his defense knocks it over and dances on top of it. If the jury actually votes to convict it's another OJ where they knew the truth but intentionally voted the opposite way.

But if you come to the suburbs it is a crap shoot. People have guns and they are prepared for it so it could get bloody fast. A pro tip. My brother in Milwaukee had some joggers come up his driveway and steal construction materials from his backyard. The cops refused to do anything and asked whether he had a 'no trespassing sign' on the house. He didn't. They said, sorry, can't do anything then.
So I recommend that before the trial ends, at-risk pedes put up several small no-trespassing signs. Now if the BLM thugs come on your property, you can say you posted fair warning.
