When I was in the Navy the ship I was on got repairs and a full upgrade. The workers at the ship yard would seemed to drill and poke at everything. One sailor would wear a mask when sweeping when there was tons of debris in the air. I wouldn't. I knew the stuff was bad to breathe in but figured what was the point. A first class (e6) would tell him to take it off because it wasn't part of the uniform. Everything thought it was fucked up but he complied. Wow how things have changed.
