I was at the store with my brother a few years back and we ran into his Dr and he's a pretty cool guy and he had on a sweatshirt with the St Mattis holding the grenade. It is pretty funny and I admit I thought it was cool when trump called him Mad Dog it made the military sound strong and not to be fucked with. Marines are VERY MUCH MORE about defending the Constitution and our Country than playing politics! The top officers may have to play politics, but the rest surely DON'T. Of all the branches, the USMC has to play politics the least because they're the ONLY branch that almost always operates within budget. That's means they're focused on being efficient, not lobbying for more money year after year.
