Jeff Epstein helped Robert’s adopt two Welsh children through Brazil, circumventing US law. Roberts flew 24 times to Epstein Island. What else did he do there?

44
BeardedNinjaPede 44 points ago +46 / -2

Probably some child murder-fucking, adrenochrome chugging, and Molach ritual dancing.

Roberts has a very peculiar sense of morality. A lot of his unpopular decisions or votes can be explained by his odd prioritization with how history will view his court. There are several excellent papers that analyze this and they ring true to me.

I have no idea if he is compromised or not, but his ability to render objective decisions is certainly up for question.

Just in case 'good' people may escape pain in the afterlife, Roberts (and all judges) make sure these people cop some hurt here...first.

The State is not satisfied leaving the revenge up to 'Heaven'. Imo that's a good idea.

4

I've not seen a good explanation for why he wouldn't use normal adoption channels. I assume it has something to do with pedo stuff?

6
Hokage_Trump 6 points ago +6 / -0

I read on old T_D that his kids are from Ireland. There's supposely a law where you can't adopt directly from the country [Ireland].

I believe he bascially "Evergreen" his adopted children here.

Bascially a grey market adoption if you want to call it that.

6
Ocineaa 6 points ago +6 / -0

I believe at the time they weren't allowing anybody except citizens to adopt kids from there. He went around the rules pretty much. An open secret at this point. Fuck him he's ruining the country

John Roberts may not be as bad of a person as we all assume he is. He was pretty reasonable and sane up until the point he went full libtard and upheld Obamacare. No one suddenly goes full libtard unless they are forced to.Obama and his thugs must’ve been made an offer he couldn’t refuse. Probably had very serious credible threats made against him and his family.I’m sure this goes way beyond simple blackmail and bribes.

Giving people without property to vote is a problem and teenagers

13
randomusers239874 13 points ago +13 / -0

More like people that don't pay a net positive amount of taxes. The property thing is an anachronism; no one had "jobs" back in the day except vagrants and slaves. If you owned land, that meant you were getting taxed on the output of it. That's not really relevant nowadays since you don't need land to produce things, so it's better to go back to the original reason, rather than the implementation. No taxation without representation should imply no representation without taxation.

10
MadRussian 10 points ago +11 / -1

6
JackLemon 6 points ago +6 / -0

As was the right to vote to non-property owners and people who don't pay taxes. That was our real downfall that leads straight to socialism and the welfare state. Which of course is unsustainable and will cause a huge collapse of our civilization eventually.

I guess it's a coincidence that prohibition and govt nannying went into overdrive right after the 19th

2
2016TrumpMAGA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Prohibition was pushed by big business. Manufacturers were tired of workers going out and getting drunk at lunch and fucking things up.

-5
giantrabbit1 -5 points ago +9 / -14

Implemented by male politicians. There was only one female Senator and 3 female House members when prohibition went into effect.

But retards don't understand correlation vs. causation.

It's not sex, it's race that's causing shitty policies. Black people vote 90% Democrat.

If only white women voted Trump would still win in a landslide with 327 electoral votes.

https://kekpe.pe/i/6072186aaa3f0.jpg

6
DrCowboyPresident 6 points ago +7 / -1

Implemented by male politicians

Now that's Grade A goal post moving.

We are talking about who VOTES, genius.

1
giantrabbit1 1 point ago +4 / -3

The male politicians in the House & Senate voted by a 2/3 majority to approve prohibition. And 3/4 of the state politicians (which were like 99% male) voted to approve it too. So when you talk about votes...those are votes, since we live in a republic, not a direct democracy. People don't vote for legislation, politicians do.

Besides, women didn't vote for prohibition supporting politicians at all fuckwit...prohibition was implemented by the 18th Amendment, which came BEFORE women were given the right to vote with the 19th Amendment.

18 comes before 19. Women got the right to vote after prohibition was implemented.

There's been so many over the years. The Coultergiest made a list once of all the Republican SCOTUS picks that went left after being confirmed. In recent times I would rank Souter ahead of ACB and Sandra Day O'Connor wasn't great either. Souter went full on communist and was even to the left of the evil personified Gingrich. Very few Republican picks stay conservative. Alito, Scalia and the incomparable Thomas are exceptions.

-1
ProphetOfKek -1 points ago +2 / -3

More, because he’s been there longer. Many of us here were skeptical about ACB before she was installed, so I’m not as disappointed in her.

9
SgtPepper29 9 points ago +10 / -1

Thank you. They only hold authority if people let them. Try walking into a church house full of people and try pushing them around. Good luck. There was just a video circulating of some health inspectors trying to get into a bar/restaurant...they were chased out simply by people chanting "get out". We can get far more convincing with actions way louder/stronger than chanting (if you catch my drift). Their time is over once we all realize we are in control!

They've sided on all religious cases so far this year. The one over religious speech at universities was YUGE. I don't see California winning without a packed court.

2
NADSAQ 2 points ago +3 / -1

I agree with you, but these aren’t “wins”. We already had the right for religious assembly, like we had a right to bear arms not to be infringed, and every ruling upholding the status quo is just a push.

1
LogicalPat 1 point ago +2 / -1

All of them are wins. This one being a push doesn't mean doom is ahead when cases this year have proven otherwise. You are in the right direction of viewing the constitution but fail to apply the great system we have which the left wants to destroy. This case made it to the top court after dealing with the 9th circuit. It is working exactly as it should. Take a look at cases during the Spanish Flu. Especially on Religious Freedoms. You will change your mind.

What I have learned since this CV-19 Plan-demic is that we dont have a United States of America. We have 50 separate fiefdoms rulled by maniac governors who apparently dont give the slightest consideration to our constitution or their constituents. We have been labeled non-essential. To whom exactly? Them? Before that we were deplorables. To who exactly? Them? We learned in democrat metro areas like Seattle, peaceful protests meant murder and rape, and it was OK.They called it "the summer of love". In fact, the immediate need was to defund the nasty police. We also learned that Antifa is a myth.

Nope, the myth is there is no United States of America, if there ever was one. It certainly is no more.

0
OnlyTrump20 0 points ago +1 / -1

And how is limiting secular gatherings to three people not an infringement on the right to peacefully assemble? What the flying fuck is this clown world. I think we’re well beyond clown world, and have been for over a year

Its worse than just Roberts. This group of asshats in black robes just enumerated the grounds that California could flagrantly prohibit your first amendment rights that shall not be prohibited. Provided they treat others similarly, you can be banned from bible study at someone's house.

How the fuck do you get 14th amendment equal protection/disparate treatment arguments on a first amendment issue case??

This is a won the battle lose the war scenario here. Fuck all of these fools.

“Government regulations are not neutral and generally applicable” and should be scrutinized “whenever they treat any comparable secular activity more favorably than religious exercise,” the opinion read.

California treats some comparable secular activities more favorably than at-home religious exercise, permitting hair salons, retail stores, personal care services, movie theaters, private suites at sporting events and concerts, and indoor restaurants … .”

Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett wrote in the majority that the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit had repeatedly ignored instructions from the Supreme Court.

“This is the fifth time the court has summarily rejected the Ninth Circuit’s analysis of California’s Covid restrictions on religious exercise,” the opinion said.

Justices Elena Kagan, Stephen Breyer and Sonia Sotomayor argued that California had complied with the First Amendment by treating religious gatherings like every other gathering.

Yes, both sides in this 5-4 decision are dimwits. The difference between the 2 sides is that the majority felt that treating the secular activities with less restrictions was grounds to invalidate the restriction on at home worship. By this logic, if there was no disparate treatment, the restrictions could stand. The minority felt that the government complied.

How about both sides are retarded and you simply cannot prohibit someone from the free exercise of religion in their own homes. We don’t need to invent fake extreme examples of religions that nobody has practiced or does not/will not practice. This is a basic religious right that has existed since founding and prior, and an activity which has gone on since founding and prior. Fuck SCOTUS for inventing ways to take away our rights.

Yay! Rejoice that this law was struck down! But wait till those fags comply with the scotus logic and now get the blessing.

This is the 4th case in California that SCOTUS has ruled in favor of religious freedoms. They also sided with religious speech at colleges. They've sided on all religious freedoms cases so far (since ACB). I don't know why people are upset. We've all known Robert's to be a joke of a RINO Justice planted by Democrats/RINOs. Had Trump not selected these justices we would be screwed. This is a win.

JohnCocktoastin 2 points ago +3 / -1

its winning the battle not the war. Read the logic. SCOTUS majority opinion enumerates the standard to prohibit your free exercise of religion that shall not be prohibited. How you can call that a win is beyond me. Just because this particular restriction was invalidated does not mean this was good logic. Now, they have the template for how an absolute right isn't absolute anymore.

And then think about how they are using a 14th amendment equal protection/disparate treatment argument to invalidate what is a first amendment issue. That is bullshit.

You don't have to win the battles to defeat your enemy. That's how Washington beat the British.

The Justices addressed the case as it was presented. You are ignoring the previous religious freedom cases they have sided with this year. They've sided for religious freedoms. It's a win.

I've watched all of the cases. They all outlay criteria by which government can infringe upon your rights based on a hoax emergency declaration. Which, in case you didn't realize, there is no emergency suspension of rights in the constitution except for habeas corpus, and that must be expressly suspended. Instead of saying "Hey, you can't just throw away the constitution just because of some 'emergency' arbitrarily declared indefinitely!" They say "Well, if you treat x differently than y, you can't do that. If you treat x and y the same, then you may infringe upon their rights to your heart's content."

I don't know where you come from, but where I come from, that's called bullshit. And faulty logic. And the erosion of freedom. That is not a win. That is laying the ground work for a massive ass jam down the pike. So what if the current standard is tossed? What are you gonna say when the commies come back with a restriction that passes the standard articulated here? Are you gonna celebrate because they stuck with "stare decisis" and claim this is all legit?

You want me to doom over hypotheticals? You don't get it. Legal precedent and a win! That's what matters.

What are you gonna say when the commies come back with a restriction that passes the standard articulated here?

That's your brain on drugs. God speed to you and your effort here.

We won!

As pissed off as I am with Barrett, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch over the election fraud dodge, I can only imagine the court with 3 democrat picks instead.

You know them by what they do. The state has no business meddling in religion by restricting it. California is no better than China in suppressing religion, to suit the desires of the Satanists.

Rush tried to warn us about Roberts way back during the ObamaCare case. He was right. Roberts has always sided with these demonic fucks on the big cases. Of course we know why, he was pals with Epstein.
